RadioSiteMaker.com is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables radio stations, podcasters, and broadcasters to create, manage, and host professional station websites. The Service includes:
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
The Service is offered via subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with reasonable notice. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.), which will be added at checkout where required by law.
Payments are processed securely through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc), who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means that your purchase is made from Paddle, and the Service is licensed to you by us (the Supplier). By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle’s Consumer Terms. We do not store your payment details on our servers. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing at the start of each subscription period.
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. No charge is made during the trial period. If you decide to unsubscribe before we start charging your payment method, you must cancel the subscription before the expiration of the trial period.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.
Exception — Digital Content: Because access to the full platform (CMS, hosting, themes, and all features) is granted immediately upon activation, by purchasing and using the Service you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the Service has been provided. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and Paddle’s Consumer Terms.
In respect of subscription services, the right to cancel applies only following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are processed through Paddle. We may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including but not limited to images, text, audio files, logos, and branding assets. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, violate applicable laws, or contain illegal, defamatory, or harmful material. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You may connect a custom domain name to your station website. You are responsible for owning and maintaining the domain registration. We provide DNS configuration guidance but are not responsible for domain registration, renewal, or third-party DNS issues.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to pay subscription fees. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
