Managing DJs & Hosts

Your DJs and hosts are the personalities behind your station. Give each one a profile so listeners can get to know them.

Adding a DJ

Go to DJs / Hosts and add a profile with:

  • Name and a web-friendly link.
  • A bio (formatted text).
  • A photo.
  • Social links — Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, a personal website, YouTube and more.
  • An optional podcast link if they host one elsewhere.

You can mark a DJ as in-house or external (for syndicated content), set a sort order, and mark them active or inactive.

Connecting DJs to shows

Assign DJs to the shows they host. Their profile page then lists their shows, and each show lists its hosts — so visitors can navigate naturally between them.

Tips

  • Use a clear, friendly photo for each host.
  • Keep bios personable — a few sentences about their style and what they play.
