Managing Your Schedule
Your schedule is the weekly grid that tells listeners what's playing and when, and powers the "on air now" display.
Building your weekly grid
Go to Schedule and add slots. Each slot has:
- A show (and the DJ presenting it).
- A day of the week.
- A start time and end time.
Add as many slots as you need to fill your week. The grid shows everything at a glance.
Set your timezone
So the schedule and "on air now" are accurate for your audience, set your station's city, country and timezone. This is also used for features like the on-air detection. You can do this from the Schedule area.
Hiding metadata per slot
For specific slots (like live talk), you can hide track metadata so the player displays your show name rather than a song title.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the wrong show showing as "on air"?
Check your station timezone is set correctly. The on-air display depends on it.
Can a show appear multiple times a week?
Yes. Add a separate slot for each airing — same show, different day or time.
How do I show my show name instead of a song during live shows?
Enable "hide metadata" on that schedule slot (or on the show itself).
