Live Public Chat
Live chat turns listening into a shared experience. Listeners can post messages during your broadcasts, and you stay in control as the moderator.
Moderating chat
Go to Live Public Chat in your dashboard to see incoming messages. You can:
- Reply to listeners.
- Delete anything inappropriate.
Because you moderate from the dashboard, you can keep the conversation welcoming.
Tips
- Mention the chat on air to get it going.
- Reply to a few messages early so listeners see it's active and join in.

Can I remove inappropriate messages?
Yes. You can delete any message from the moderation view.
Can I reply to listeners?
Yes. You can respond directly from your dashboard.
Is chat always on?
Chat is available when you have the feature switched on. Turn it off in Settings if you don't want it.
