Contact Form & Messages
Your site includes a contact form so listeners, partners and the press can reach you. Submissions land in your dashboard, and you're notified by email.
Reading and replying
Go to Messages in your dashboard to see contact form submissions. For each one you can:
- Mark it as read.
- Reply by email directly from the dashboard.
- Delete it.
When someone submits the form, you also receive an email notification so you never miss a message.
Customizing the contact section
You can rename the contact section and adjust its description to match your station's tone. See Section labels & navigation.

Do I get notified of new messages?
Yes. You receive an email when someone submits the contact form, and messages also appear in your dashboard.
Can I reply without leaving the dashboard?
Yes. You can send an email reply to the sender directly from the Messages section.
What details does the form collect?
Typically the sender's name, email, a subject and their message.
